printing reports
Choose Reports from the menu to view and print a selection of rosters and reports.
  • The Meet Roster shows all the options regarding a meet. This report should be printed and reviewed for accuracy.
  • The Team Rosters report shows all the information inputted for each team. These reports should be printed and given to each team to be reviewed for accuracy.
  • The Program Sheets report may be used to be given to spectators to track scores.
  • The Heat Sheets report may be used to track which competitors are competing on which events. These reports may be given to the judges to record scores.

Select edit competitor information from the Meet menu.  This section allows you to edit information about competitors, such as scratching or unscratching participants.

After these steps have been completed, you are ready for the meet.
